Our mission and purpose
The purpose of the Alliance shall be to unite men and women who are associated with a fraternal benefit society; to promote the development and growth of the fraternal benefit system; to work in harmony with the American Fraternal Alliance for the welfare of the fraternal benefit system; to defeat any act or movement which is contrary to the best interests of the fraternal benefit system; to create a better understanding of the fraternal benefit system; to exchange ideas for the common good of its members; and to do all other things incidental to and consistent with the mission stated above.

Fraternal leaders from across the Northeast met at the Tropicana Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey on October 6, 2022 to participate in the 89th Annual Meeting of the New Jersey – New York Fraternal Alliance. Twenty-six delegates represented eleven fraternal benefit societies at the event.
Presiding at the 2022 Annual Meeting was President Theresa Kluchinski. The annual program sought to stimulate interest in the fraternal benefit system by providing informative presentations and an opportunity for leaders to network with other members and learn more about some important issues relevant to member-societies. Joseph Stefka, President and CEO, National Slovak Society was installed as President of the New Jersey – New York Fraternal Alliance for the 2022 – 2023 year.
